The Extreme Hotel, on the shores of Cabarete, is proud to present Mi GYM, a new fitness studio complete with the latest fitness equipment, a wide variety of classes, as well as individual training.

Stay fit with a full range of exercise equipment including free weights, presses, benches and much more. For cardio, we offer contact heart rate elliptical cross trainers with numerous programs. And in keeping with Extreme Hotel’s new green philosophy, these machines generate their own energy, requiring no outside electrical source. Where else will you find Real Ryders, the first significant innovation in indoor cycling in almost 20 years, offering a 3D ride that targets both core and legs – allowing the bike to move like the real thing.
